Shipping Information
- Delivery Areas & Carriers: We offer ground shipping to select countries using trusted carriers like UPS, FedEx, DHL, air, and sea freight. The available shipping destinations will be displayed at checkout. At this time, carrier selection is not customizable.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are based on your order’s weight and destination. You’ll see the total freight cost before completing your purchase.
- Order Status-Shipped: When your order is marked as “shipped,” it’s officially on its way! A tracking number will be provided via email. Standard delivery typically takes 6–12 business days.
- Backorders: We usually ship your entire order together. If an item is on backorder, we’ll send available items first and ship the rest once back in stock—at no extra shipping cost. For special arrangements, feel free to contact us.
- Package Inspection: Please inspect your parcel upon delivery before signing for it. This helps ensure you're protected in case of shipping damage. If not inspected, we may not be liable for transit-related issues.
Returns & Exchanges
You can return eligible items purchased on Power Home within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition.
Return Policy Highlights
- Returns within 30 days: Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Returns after 30 days but within 6 months: Accepted for unused items in original condition. A restocking fee will apply.
- All returns must be sent within 14 days of initiating the return process.
- Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving your returned item.
Issues With Your Order?
If you receive the wrong item, damaged goods, or experience quality issues or missing parts, please contact us right away for a replacement or full refund.
Shipping Address Changes
You may change the delivery address before your order ships. If your order is already in transit, address changes are possible, but you’ll be responsible for any additional fees. Returns or refunds are not supported for issues caused by address changes during transit.
