This 3-axis MEMS accelerometer sensor is widely used in structural health monitoring, industrial equipment vibration detection, vehicle dynamic analysis, robot posture control, and other fields.
The accelerometer sensor provides a standard 0–5V analog voltage output, corresponding to the acceleration signals of the X, Y, and Z axes, respectively. Users can read the signals from each axis in real time through the analog input channel of the data acquisition device. The power supply input range is 9–36 V DC, and the standard M12 industrial connector facilitates quick wiring. Simply connect the power supply, ground wire, and output signal line to begin measurement, compatible with most industrial control systems.
This 3-axis MEMS accelerometer sensor features excellent electromagnetic compatibility and low-noise design, with a noise density as low as 21 μg/√Hz, making it suitable for applications requiring high signal accuracy. Additionally, it has a bandwidth of up to 1000 Hz, supports dynamic response, and includes built-in temperature drift compensation, ensuring stable and reliable data output even in complex operating conditions.
