This PH3 sensor module is designed specifically for industrial gas detection. It has a detection range of 0-20ppm, a resolution of up to 0.1ppm, an accuracy of ≤±3%, and a repeatability of ≤±1%. It uses natural diffusion sampling to monitor phosphine concentration in real time. The module uses a TTL/RS485 communication interface with a baud rate of 9600, allowing seamless integration with PLCs, controllers, and IoT devices.
After amplification and filtering, the PH3 gas sensor signal is processed by a microprocessor and output as a digital signal. Different sensors have different filtering and amplification circuits.
Phosphine sensors are widely used in agricultural grain storage, fertilizer production, semiconductor manufacturing, and environmental safety testing. In grain storage, phosphine is often used as a fumigant, and sensors can monitor concentrations in real time to ensure personnel safety. In the chemical industry, they can help detect potential phosphine leaks in factories, reducing the risk of explosions and poisoning. Sensors can also be used in laboratory research and environmental monitoring to ensure air quality and workplace safety.
To ensure the long-term stability of PH3 sensors, regular maintenance is required. First, calibration should be performed according to manufacturer requirements, typically every 6 to 12 months. Second, the sensor probe must be kept clean to avoid clogging with dust or chemical residue. When not in use, the sensor should be stored in a dry, clean environment to avoid corrosion from high temperatures or highly corrosive gases. If used in high humidity or dusty environments, it is recommended to use a protective cover and filter to extend the service life and ensure accuracy.
