Analog Output M12 Inductive Proximity Sensor, Flush/Non-flush

Flush mounting means the sensor’s detection surface is flush with the installation plane (no protrusion), suitable for limited space; it has a shorter detection distance. Non-flush mounting has the detection surface protruding, offering a longer detection distance and no risk of adjacent metal interfering with the sensor. Choose based on installation space and required detection range.

It typically supports 0-10V voltage output and 4-20mA current output. 0-10V is suitable for short-distance signal transmission (e.g., small automation equipment), while 4-20mA is anti-interference and ideal for long-distance transmission (e.g., large-scale production lines) and can directly connect to PLC analog input modules.

It can measure the relative distance of the metallic target. The analog output signal (0-10V/4-20mA) changes proportionally with the target’s distance within the detection range, enabling both presence detection and quantitative distance monitoring (e.g., position adjustment of mechanical parts).
