Capacitive differential pressure transmitter is a high-precision industrial measurement device that utilizes capacitive sensing technology. SUCH capacitance type differential pressure sensor supports a two-wire 4-20mA signal output and is suitable for operating environments ranging from -30°C to +80°C. Within the measurement range below 40 kPa, the basic error is no more than 0.5%, with the variation between the lower limit and the span less than 0.01%. The response time after power-on is less than 2 seconds. It is constructed of 316 stainless steel (other materials are available upon request).
Through the combination of a pressure-sensitive diaphragm and a capacitor element. When the diaphragm deforms slightly under the influence of high and low pressure differentials, the capacitance value changes accordingly, which the circuit converts into a 4-20 mA output signal.
This differential pressure transmitter can measure a variety of media, including liquids, gases, and steam.
They are widely used in industries requiring precise differential pressure monitoring, such as petrochemical, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), and energy.
