This multi function oxygen transmitter supports optional RS485, 4-20mA, 0-5V, and 0-10V output signals, offering high compatibility. It features a measurement range of 0~30%/0-25% VOL, a response time under 10 seconds, and accuracy up to ±3% FS. The oxygen sensor features a wide voltage supply design (10~30V DC/24V DC), low power consumption, strong anti-interference capability.

The digital oxygen transmitter should be installed in a location free from impact, vibration, and strong electromagnetic interference, and easily accessible for maintenance. The clearance between the installation site and surrounding process pipelines or equipment should not be less than 0.5m. It is recommended to install the transmitter 0.5m to 1.0m below the release source.
When testing the oxygen transmitter's response to target gases, it is recommended to use corresponding gas standard substances with concentrations not exceeding the device's measurement range. Abnormal readings resulting from non-recommended testing methods are not covered. Oxygen sensors must not be used long-term in environments with oxygen concentrations below 10% VOL. Abnormal readings caused by low-oxygen environments are not covered.
This RS485 signal output oxygen transmitter supports multiple sensors connected to a single 485 bus. Theoretically, one bus can accommodate up to 254 RS485 sensors. Connect the other end to a PLC with an RS485 interface, link to a microcontroller via an RS485 interface chip, or use a USB-to-RS485 adapter to connect to a computer. Configure and test using the sensor configuration tool provided by our company (only one device can be connected at a time when using this configuration software).
