FAQ

To achieve optimal accuracy and performance of the oxygen sensor, please observe the following guidelines during operation:

  1. The gas being tested must be free of water and dust.
  2. Do not touch the circuit board while it is energized.
  3. Wear an anti-static wrist strap when installing the sensor to prevent static electricity from damaging components.
  4. When installing the sensor, ensure gas inlet and outlet pipes align with the direction indicated by the arrows on the sensor.

High-performance oxygen flow sensors, renowned for their exceptional reliability and precision, are widely used in medical, industrial, chemical, mining, and food sectors. They play a critical role in oxygen concentration and flow detection equipment across vital applications such as medical oxygen generators, industrial oxygen production systems, mining operations, and food storage and processing.

The oxygen flow sensor employs standard serial communication with a baud rate of 9600 bps.

The communication format is: STDO D1 D2 D3 D4 D5 D6 D7 SP, featuring 1 start bit, 8 data bits, and 1 stop bit with no parity bit.

The transmission mode employed is automatic transmission. The oxygen sensor automatically enters this mode upon power-up (transmitting once every 500ms). Example: When the concentration is 50%, flow rate is 10L/h, and temperature is 21.0°C, the sensor transmits the following data frame.

Data frame: 0x16 0x09 0x01 0x01 0xf4 0x00 0x64 0x00 0xd2 0x00 0x00 0xb5
