High-sensitivity and high-resolution oxygen flow sensor for sale, with a concentration range of 21% to 95.6% and a flow detection range of 0 to 15 L/min. It provides real-time output of precise oxygen concentration and flow data. Supports a wide voltage input range of DC 5V to 12V with low power consumption as low as 200mW. Widely used in systems such as ventilators, oxygen generators, and laboratory instruments.
The oxygen flow sensor utilizes serial port communication, with the interface shown in the diagram. The power supply voltage input port in the diagram is for production use only and should not be accessed by users. The digital signal output port in the diagram is used by users for power-on data transmission and reception.
To achieve optimal accuracy and performance of the oxygen sensor, please observe the following guidelines during operation:
High-performance oxygen flow sensors, renowned for their exceptional reliability and precision, are widely used in medical, industrial, chemical, mining, and food sectors. They play a critical role in oxygen concentration and flow detection equipment across vital applications such as medical oxygen generators, industrial oxygen production systems, mining operations, and food storage and processing.
The oxygen flow sensor employs standard serial communication with a baud rate of 9600 bps.
The communication format is: STDO D1 D2 D3 D4 D5 D6 D7 SP, featuring 1 start bit, 8 data bits, and 1 stop bit with no parity bit.
The transmission mode employed is automatic transmission. The oxygen sensor automatically enters this mode upon power-up (transmitting once every 500ms). Example: When the concentration is 50%, flow rate is 10L/h, and temperature is 21.0°C, the sensor transmits the following data frame.
Data frame: 0x16 0x09 0x01 0x01 0xf4 0x00 0x64 0x00 0xd2 0x00 0x00 0xb5
