Factory price anemometer adopts the principle of electromagnetic induction to accurately measure wind speed in the range of 0-30 m/s under harsh environmental conditions, with an operating temperature range of -30 to +70ā. It offers multiple output options including pulse, 4-20 mA, RS485, and supports power supply of DC 5-24 V or 12-24 V. SUCH wind sensor features a built-in digital circuit with automatic temperature compensation and strong resistance to electromagnetic and radio frequency interference. The measured value has a linear relationship with horizontal wind speed. With an IP65 protection rating, it is suitable for meteorological monitoring, wind power generation, and environmental observation applications.
V=0.5+0.169*F
V: Wind speed, m/s
F: Numberof pulses within 1 second
Characteristic transfer function: V = (1-4)/(20-4)*50 (Range: 0-50m/s)
(where V = wind speed (m/s), I = output current (mA)
The sensor uses three symmetrically arranged cups to capture wind energy. The wind drives the cups to rotate, and the rotation speed is proportional to the wind velocity. The internal circuit converts the mechanical motion into electrical signals via electromagnetic induction or the Hall effect.
It is suitable for meteorological monitoring, wind power generation, environmental and agricultural observation, building ventilation, ports, transportation, and research applications.
It features an aluminum alloy body with excellent waterproof and corrosion resistance. It offers high accuracy, fast response, low starting speed, multiple output options.
