Factory price crane anemometer (pendulum type) is a wind speed monitoring device for tracked cranes, truck cranes, and other equipment operating outdoors in environments with swaying and bumps. It has a range of 0.3~60 m/s and can be customized, with multiple output methods such as 4-20mA/1-5V/Pulse/RS485. SUCH pendulum type wind speed sensor can start up to wind speeds as low as 0.3 m/s and achieve an accuracy of ±5%. It can work stably under harsh conditions of -20℃ to 80℃ and humidity ≤95%, effectively ensuring the safe operation of lifting equipment in complex environments.
Note: Wind sensors can be customized with parameters and functions according to different customer needs and application areas. This price is for reference only. Please contact customer service for specific customization details.
The pendulum-type structure is specifically designed for crawler cranes, truck cranes, and other applications involving bumps, swaying, and equipment tilting. The weight keeps the wind cup level, improving the accuracy and stability of wind speed monitoring. Regular wind speed sensors are easily affected by vibration under such conditions.
Primarily used in crawler cranes, truck cranes, mobile lifting equipment, and other machinery that experiences frequent swaying, it can also be used in other outdoor equipment with high seismic resistance requirements.
A pendulum anemometer mainly consists of a wind cup, a rotating shaft, a pendulum, and a speed measuring circuit. When the wind blows, the wind cup rotates, and the rotating shaft drives the internal sensing element to generate an electrical signal or pulse signal proportional to the wind speed. The pendulum device automatically adjusts through gravity, ensuring that the sensor remains level even when the crawler crane, truck crane, or other equipment tilts, sways, or bumps, ensuring a stable wind cup angle and thus obtaining more accurate wind speed measurements.
