    Explosion-proof magnetostrictive displacement sensors are used in hydraulic systems and can be internally installed inside hydraulic cylinders to achieve high-precision, non-contact displacement measurement. SUCH magnetostrictive displacement sensor adopts a pressure-resistant outer tube structure and an aluminum profile electronic housing, possessing excellent vibration resistance, shock resistance, and environmental adaptability, making it suitable for harsh industrial conditions. The measurement range is 100~1500mm, supporting multiple output modes including 0โ€“5V, 0โ€“10V, 4โ€“20mA, and Start-Stop. The 16-bit DA resolution reaches up to 0.5ยตm, the operating temperature range is -40~85โ„ƒ, and the power supply voltage is 24VDC (-15%~+20%). It is widely used in various hydraulic cylinder position feedback and industrial automation control systems.
