Explosion-proof magnetostrictive displacement sensors are used in hydraulic systems and can be internally installed inside hydraulic cylinders to achieve high-precision, non-contact displacement measurement. SUCH magnetostrictive displacement sensor adopts a pressure-resistant outer tube structure and an aluminum profile electronic housing, possessing excellent vibration resistance, shock resistance, and environmental adaptability, making it suitable for harsh industrial conditions. The measurement range is 100~1500mm, supporting multiple output modes including 0โ5V, 0โ10V, 4โ20mA, and Start-Stop. The 16-bit DA resolution reaches up to 0.5ยตm, the operating temperature range is -40~85โ, and the power supply voltage is 24VDC (-15%~+20%). It is widely used in various hydraulic cylinder position feedback and industrial automation control systems.
The sensor is based on the magnetostrictive effect. It determines position by measuring the time difference between a current pulse and the stress wave generated by a magnetic ring, achieving high-precision linear displacement measurement.
Displacement detection is accomplished through the interaction between the magnetic field and the waveguide wire. There is no mechanical contact between the sensor body and the moving parts, thus eliminating friction and wear.
The sensor is mainly used for displacement detection in hydraulic systems, suitable for engineering machinery, industrial automation equipment, metallurgy, injection molding, and various applications requiring high-reliability linear displacement measurement.
