High-precision displacement sensor has a measuring range of 75~750 mm and is suitable for accurate linear displacement measurement. SUCH displacement sensor exhibits excellent repeatability, with a repeatability accuracy of 0.01 mm. The maximum operating speed can reach 10 m/s. The output signal is 0~100% of the input operating voltage and changes linearly with displacement, facilitating system data acquisition and control. The displacement sensor has a mechanical life of >100×10⁶ times and can operate stably and reliably for extended periods.
Standard electronic linear displacement sensors and draw-wire sensors with resistive output operate on the potentiometer principle. Essentially, the sensor functions as a sliding potentiometer, where the output voltage is a linear proportion of the applied supply voltage and varies with displacement.
The output voltage range is always 0~100% of the input supply voltage. For example, with a 5V supply the output is 0~5V, with 10V supply the output is 0~10V, with 3.3V supply the output is 0~3.3V, with 3.6V supply the output is 0~3.6V, and with 24V supply the output is 0~24V.
Use the articulated joints to prevent misalignment and vibration. Match the supply voltage, avoid impact, moisture, and strong interference, and check mounting and cables regularly for smooth operation.
