Overview

SUCH magnetostrictive displacement sensor adopts the magnetostrictive measurement principle, features a flange-mounted structure, and incorporates a built-in 16-bit D/A converter. It accurately converts the absolute position signal of the vernier magnetic ring into a standard 4–20mA current signal or 0–10V/0–5V voltage signal. The output is linearly related to the effective measurement range, with a maximum resolution of 1 µm and a measurement range of 100~1500 mm. The power supply voltage is 24 VDC (-15% to +20%), and the output signal can be directly connected to a PLC or other industrial control instruments. It is suitable for hydraulic, automation, and industrial position measurement applications.
