Micro rebound displacement sensor is suitable for direct, absolute measurement of displacement and length in measurement and control systems. Its compact design makes it particularly suitable for installation environments with limited space. SUCH micro displacement sensor has a measurement range of 5~100 mm, an operating temperature range of -60℃~150℃, a repeatability of 0.01 mm, and a rated brush current ≤10μA. It exhibits excellent stability and reliability and is widely used in servo control valve position detection and control, medical equipment, leather machinery, mold closing control, IT equipment, paper machinery, textile machinery, ship steering systems, and other displacement detection applications.
Note: Never connect terminals 2 to the positive or negative terminal of a power supply, as this may cause a short circuit and burn out the sensor. Terminal 2 is the output terminal.
Primarily used for displacement detection and position control in space-constrained environments. Suitable for applications requiring high precision, stable return, and continuous measurement, such as automation equipment, medical devices, precision machinery, and control systems.
The displacement sensor uses a potentiometer-type working principle and is an absolute position measurement sensor. It can directly measure displacement and length in adjustment and measurement systems. The sensor body outputs a DC voltage signal, which continuously varies within the range of 0~100% of the input voltage as the displacement changes. Simultaneously, through a built-in or external V/I conversion module, the signal can be converted into a 0–5V, 0–10V, 4–20mA DC signal or an RS485 digital signal to meet the needs of long-distance transmission and industrial control applications.
Keeping the sensor clean and preventing dust, oil, and corrosive media from entering, as well as regularly checking the installation status and mechanical parts, can effectively extend the product's lifespan.
