It has a measurement range of 0~1000 mm, supports multiple output modes including 4–20mA, 0–5V, 0–10V, and RS485, operates on a 24 VDC supply voltage (-15%~+20%), has a 16-bit D/A resolution (minimum 0.5um), and an IP65 protection rating. SUCH displacement sensor can be widely used in hydraulic equipment, metallurgical equipment, wind power equipment, construction machinery, rubber machinery, port machinery, the energy industry, and other industrial automation fields.

    Feature

    • Equipped with a 16-bit D/A imported microprocessor and a high-precision dedicated TDC timing chip, the sensor accurately determines displacement by measuring the time interval between the start pulse and the strain-induced mechanical pulse, ensuring high measurement accuracy.
    • Non-contact measurement design between the magnet and the sensing rod enables maintenance-free and calibration-free operation, with no wear, no noise, and consistent detection accuracy throughout the service life.
    • Fully sealed construction with tightly connected components offers high protection, durability, and high-temperature resistance, allowing reliable operation in harsh industrial environments.
    • Features a stainless-steel electronics housing and stainless-steel sensing rod, ensuring excellent media compatibility and corrosion resistance.
    • Provides dust-proof, contamination-resistant, and electromagnetic interference (EMI) resistant performance, supporting linear and synchronous measurement with stable and reliable signal output.
