Overview

The force and torque sensors sell at a low price, with a measuring range of 0-6 Nm for Mz and 0-700 N for Fz. SUCH force and torque sensors detect Z-axis tensile force and Z-axis static torque force, with an output sensitivity of 1.0±10% mV/V, a non-linearity of 0.3% F.S, and a temperature compensation of -10°C to 60°C. The force and torque measurement sensors are made of stainless steel with a protection rating of IP65, and can be used at temperatures of -20°C to 80°C.  The force and torque transducers are made of stainless steel with IP65 protection and can be used at temperatures from -20℃ to 80℃.

Feature

  • The force and torque sensor is made of stainless steel, featuring a low profile and robust durability.
  • It can detect Z-axis tensile and compressive forces as well as Z-axis static torque, with forces acting on both the upper and lower planes. It is easy to install and has strong resistance to off-center loads.
  • The force and torque transducer has a wide range of applications, including robotic arms, 3C product testing, automotive press assembly, and new energy fields.

FAQ

A force and torque sensor is a high-precision electromechanical conversion device that can simultaneously or separately measure force and torque. Its core function is to convert force and torque signals from the physical world into electrical signals that can be recognized by data acquisition systems and controllers. It is widely used in automation control, precision manufacturing, robotics, automotive testing, and other scenarios.

Corrosion resistance, high strength, good thermal stability, and resistance to minor acid and alkali environments and mechanical shocks. Suitable for industrial workshops, laboratories, and outdoor dry/rainy environments (IP65 protection).

The load must be applied along the sensor's axial direction and torque direction, avoiding off-center loading, lateral forces, or bending moments. IP65 protection rating provides dust and water resistance, but should not be immersed or exposed to corrosive gases for extended periods. Avoid installation in environments with strong vibrations or strong magnetic fields.
