Digital rotary torque sensor with LCD display for sale at a low price. SUCH digital rotary torque sensor can measure forward and reverse torque with a capacity range of 0-0.1 Nm/0.3 Nm/1 Nm/5 Nm/10 Nm/300 Nm/1000 Nm/10,000 Nm. The dynamic torque transducers are available for forward and reverse torque measurements. The dynamic torque sensor has a response frequency of 1kHz and a signal delay of only 0.6ms, and can output ±5V/0-10V/4-20mA/RS485 torque signals to automation control systems such as PLC, DCS, etc. The LCD display can show torque, speed and power values at the same time. Torque sensor capacity can be customized according to customer requirements.
Feature
- Easy Operation: The digital rotary torque sensor features built-in torque, speed, and power display, making it suitable for torque measurement in various rotational scenarios.
- Stable Performance: The dynamic torque sensor is contactless, with a waterproof aviation connector ensuring high-speed and stable signal transmission. The NSK bearings are durable and wear-resistant.
- Multiple Outputs: The sensor offers a variety of signal outputs, eliminating the need for external circuitry. Standard voltage, current, and RS485 communication are directly output, allowing connection to PLCs or dedicated torque meters.

Installation

Installation Precautions
Keyway Installation: If a torque transducer or keyway connection falls out, it may cause damage or injury, so take measures such as installing a pin to prevent it from falling out. Make sure that the keyway is undamaged and that the torque transducer is securely mounted.
Mounting Method: The digital rotary torque sensor can be used in horizontal or vertical orientation. There is no restriction on the direction of the cable. When installing the torque transducer on other devices, hold the frame of the sensor and secure the frame with a hard bubble amphoteric acid to prevent the frame from rotating.
