Heated three-cup anemometer employs a classic three-cup structure, enabling real-time wind speed measurement and outputting a linear signal. Internally, it features a heating element and a special sealed bearing. The housing is made of a specially processed all-metal material, providing UV resistance, corrosion resistance, and extreme weather resistance. Mechanical anemometer can operate stably in harsh environments such as dusty, high-humidity, high-salt-spray, extremely cold, and stormy conditions. SUCH three-cup anemometer is suitable for wind power equipment optimization, cableway and chairlift equipment monitoring, as well as meteorological stations and environmental monitoring. It has a measurement range of 0~70 m/s (current/voltage output) or 0~100 m/s (RS485), an accuracy of ±(0.5+0.02V) m/s, a resolution of 0.1 m/s, and an IP65 protection rating.
Electrical connections must be performed by a qualified electrician and strictly adhere to relevant national electrical installation standards. To prevent damage or interruption caused by lightning strikes, it is recommended to install an independent lightning protection device on-site.
Please check that all wiring is correct and secure. If using RS485 output, please confirm that the communication serial port is not occupied and that the communication parameters are set correctly. If the problem persists after ruling out the above factors, please contact a professional for technical support.
Connecting while powered on is strictly prohibited. Wiring operations must be performed only after the power is off. Power should only be applied after wiring is completed and confirmed to be correct. The length of the sensor cable will affect signal quality; users must not shorten, lengthen, or modify it themselves.
