    The blind zone is typically between a few centimeters and tens of centimeters. High-frequency radar has a shorter blind zone, making it suitable for small containers or low-level measurement.

    Some radar level sensors can penetrate non-metallic containers for external measurement. This is provided the container walls are thin and there is no metal lining.

    Common outputs include 4–20mA, HART, RS485 (Modbus), and wireless signals. Users can select the appropriate interface based on their control system.
