Overview

This anti-corrosion submersible level sensor features a ceramic core and a PVDF housing, providing excellent resistance to corrosive liquids such as acids and alkalis. It supports 4-20mA or RS485 output, operates on a 9-28VDC power supply, has an IP68 protection rating, and offers selectable ranges from 0-20kPa to 0-200kPa. Designed for chemical monitoring and industrial environments, the level transmitter can also be customized to meet specific application needs.

Feature

  • The submersible level sensor uses a ceramic core with excellent wear and corrosion resistance, ensuring long-term measurement stability and high reliability.
  • The anti-corrosion level sensor features a PVDF housing, providing strong resistance to chemical corrosion and making it suitable for continuous operation in harsh environments.
  • It can be equipped with a PTFE cable that offers outstanding corrosion resistance, and the terminal includes an integrated air guide tube for enhanced protection and improved measurement accuracy.
  • The level transmitter adopts an enlarged inclined pressure port design, which increases internal space, reduces the risk of clogging and scaling, promotes smoother fluid flow, and enhances overall measurement stability.

Note: The cable is sold separately; please contact us if required.

FAQ
❯

Because submersible level sensors are typically installed in outdoor environments such as wells, pools, reservoirs, and rivers, lightning strikes or surge voltages can enter the equipment through water or cables, causing sensor damage or abnormal signals. Installing surge arresters and proper grounding can effectively improve system stability and lifespan.

❯

If the vent cable is damp, it can cause zero drift, unstable output, or sudden changes in measurement. Inspection methods include: checking if the junction box is damp, if the vent is blocked, and if the measurement value fluctuates erratically. Dry the cable or replace it if necessary.

❯

It is not recommended to place it directly at the bottom of a pool or well, as the bottom may contain mud, impurities, weeds, etc., which can cover the probe and cause inaccurate readings. It should be suspended 20-50 cm above the bottom to avoid blockage or damage from collisions with hard objects at the bottom.
