    Overview

    SUCH rotary paddle level switch provides reliable point-level measurement for bulk solids and powders in bins, silos, and hoppers, operating steadily from -20℃ to 80℃. It offers flexible voltage options of 220V AC, 110V AC, and 24V DC with a standard blade speed of 1 rpm. Using a rotating paddle design that stops when material reaches it, the switch ensures simple and stable level control for handling bulk materials.

    Note*:

    • When mounting the paddle level switch horizontally, it should be installed with a 15°–20Β° inclination.
    • Ensure the junction box opening faces downward, and the cable gland is securely tightened.
    • Before powering on, verify that the input voltage is correct.
    • The load of the controlled circuit must be compatible with the switch’s contact rating.
    • Do not position the rotary paddle switch near bridge breakers or vibration motors.
    • Avoid placing the switch close to the material inlet to prevent blade damage or false triggering; if it must be installed near the inlet, add a 2mm-wide protective shield 200mm above the switch.
    • For adjustable-shaft models, when assembling on-site, apply anaerobic adhesive to the locking nut of the universal joint before tightening it with a wrench.
    • Always follow the safety instruction, disconnect power before opening the cover during installation or maintenance.
    • The installation area must be free from toxic gases that could corrode aluminum alloy.
    • The medium temperature must not exceed the maximum value indicated on the product nameplate.
    • Do not strike the paddle or drive shaft directly during installation.
