The Hall Effect water flow sensor features a valve body made of high-strength brass, specifically designed for monitoring small to medium flow rates in water circuits. It utilizes a standard G1 inch connection and covers a flow range of 2~50 L/min. Employing the proven Hall Effect measurement principle, this flow sensor converts water flow into stable pulse signals in real time as the internal rotor spins. It delivers long-term stable operation within a medium temperature range of ā20 to 100 °C and is suitable for use with clean water free of impurities.
This water flow sensor utilizes the Hall-effect principle to output a pulse signal proportional to flow rate. By counting pulse frequency or quantity, instantaneous flow rate and cumulative flow can be calculated, facilitating system data acquisition and control.
The water flow sensor is suitable for clean water and liquids free of impurities or corrosive substances. It is not recommended for use with media containing particles, oil contamination, or strong corrosives to ensure measurement accuracy and service life.
The brass valve body offers robust structural integrity and excellent pressure resistance. It provides superior high-temperature tolerance and corrosion resistance compared to plastic materials, making it more suitable for industrial equipment and applications requiring long-term stable operation.
