    Overview

Affordable high-flow 3-inch turbine water flow sensor for sale, with a flow range covering 20–500 L/min. It reliably handles residential water supply, circulating water systems, and equipment integration applications. The turbine water flow sensor features a DN80 standard interface with a smooth internal flow path. As water flows, the turbine rotates and outputs pulse signals, enabling precise monitoring of instantaneous and cumulative flow rates.

    Feature

    Turbine water flow sensor feature

    • High-Flow Measurement Capability: Supports a wide flow range of 20–500 L/min, meeting demands for large-diameter water supply, circulating water, and industrial equipment applications with exceptional adaptability.
    • DN80 Standard Interface: 3-inch port design features a large inner diameter and low flow resistance. Combined with horizontal installation, it ensures smooth turbine operation and enhanced measurement accuracy.
    • Pulse Output Method: Pulse frequency is directly proportional to flow rate, with a 50% duty cycle output. This facilitates system counting and flow conversion, enabling simple and efficient data processing.
    • Wide Voltage Supply: The SUCH turbine water flow sensor supports DC 3.5–24 V power supply, suitable for diverse power environments, reducing system design and maintenance costs.
    • High Pressure Resistance: Withstands up to 1.75 MPa pressure. The entire unit undergoes high-pressure water sealing tests, ensuring no leakage during long-term operation for safety and reliability.
    • Robust Valve Body Construction: Electroplated aluminum valve body combined with high insulation design offers exceptional durability, suitable for stable, long-term operation in clean water environments.

    FAQ

The turbine water flow sensor uses water flow to drive an internal turbine. A Hall-effect sensor converts the rotational speed into a pulse signal, with the pulse frequency being directly proportional to the flow rate, thereby enabling flow measurement.

Suitable for clean water or liquids without impurities. If the medium contains particles, contaminants, or air bubbles, measurement accuracy and service life may be affected.

It is recommended to install the flow sensor horizontally and ensure sufficient straight pipe length. Avoid strong vibrations and magnetic interference to guarantee stable turbine rotation and accurate measurement data.
