    High-temperature pressure sensor utilizes the classic 2088-type head design and is suitable for use in process control, chemical engineering, petroleum, metallurgy, and other fields. Its measurement range covers -0.1 to 60 MPa / -1 to 600 bar / -14 to 8702 psi, and its media temperature range is -20 to +300℃ (-4 to +572℉), making it suitable for measuring air, water, and oil pressure. SUCH high-temperature pressure sensor offers a variety of output signal options (4-20 mA, 0-5 V, 1-5 V, 0-10 V, and RS485), supports DC 12V, DC 24V, or DC 12-36V power supplies, and boasts a response time of less than 10ms and a frequency response range of 5 kHz to 650 kHz.

    When shutting down, close the sampling valve of the field-mounted pressure sensor and slowly open the drain valve to eliminate the measured pressure. If there is no drain pressure, the only way to relieve the pressure is to slowly loosen the pressure transmitter connector threads. During operation, be careful of damage caused by media pressure.

    During commissioning, simply slowly open the sampling valve to allow the media to enter the sensor, ensuring that pressure is applied gradually to avoid sudden shocks.

    Check that the sampling valve is open, the connector is properly sealed, and that the wiring and power supply are functioning properly.
