Caveat

  1. When using Hall sensors, to achieve better dynamic characteristics and sensitivity, it is essential to ensure proper coupling between the primary and secondary coils. It is recommended to use a single wire that fully fills the wire passage holes in the Hall sensor module.
  2. When using Hall sensors, the best measurement accuracy is achieved at the rated input current value. When the measured current is significantly below the rated value, to achieve the best accuracy, the primary side can use multiple turns, i.e., IPNP = rated ampere-turns. Additionally, the temperature of the primary feed line should not exceed 80°C.
  3. The auxiliary power supply for the Hall current sensor during normal operation should not exceed ±20% of the rated value, and the ripple should not exceed ±1%.
  4. The Hall current sensor must not be dropped from a height exceeding 1 meter during installation and use.
  5. The zero point and full-scale adjustment potentiometers should not be adjusted.
  6. The auxiliary power supply must be configured separately, and the positive and negative terminals of the power supply must not be reversed.
  7. It is recommended to use shielded cables for the output signal lines.
