Overview

Reflective fiber optic sensor is built for high-temperature use with a stainless steel fiber tube and a metal housing. It provides stable light transmission, steady signal output, and an adjustable sensing distance of 0-72 mm. SUCH fiber optic sensor sensor keeps its structure without deformation up to 350°C and works with all fiber optic amplifiers. A minimum bending radius of 25 mm is required during installation. It meets CE certification and is suitable for high-temperature environments.

Feature

Reflective fiber optic sensor feature

  • High-Temperature Resistant up to 350°C: Fiber optic sensor designed for high-temperature diffuse/reflective fiber applications and compatible with all fiber optic amplifiers.
  • Reinforced Metal Housing: Durable, corrosion-resistant metal outer shell provides long-lasting performance in harsh environments.
  • High-Quality Fiber Core: Excellent light transmission and stable signal output ensure reliable performance under demanding conditions.
  • Full High-Temperature Structure: Engineered for extreme temperature environments, suitable for continuous use in high-heat applications.
  • Superior Optical Signal Accuracy: High-transparency glass material minimizes signal loss and ensures more precise optical detection.
  • Thermal Stability up to 350°C: Maintains shape and integrity without deformation or melting when exposed to high temperatures.
  • High-Temperature Fiber Installation Method: Bending radius for high-temperature reflective fibers must be at least 25 mm to prevent damage.
  • Bending Radius Warning: Exceeding the minimum bending radius may damage the fiber and affect detection performance.

FAQ

Moderate temperature transitions are acceptable, but extreme thermal shock should be avoided.

No. Fiber optic cables cannot be cut or modified; use the correct length supplied by the manufacturer.

Avoid bending below the minimum radius, pulling the cable, or exposing the fiber to chemicals or abrasive cleaning tools.
