Highly durable magnetic rotary angle sensors are available for sale, featuring a mechanical angle with unlimited rotation within the 0–360° range, allowing bidirectional movement without the need for a stop position. Within a smaller range, accuracy can reach 0.3°, with flexible output options including RS422, RS485, CAN, 0–5 V, 0.5–4.5 V, 0–10 V, 4–20 mA, and 0–20 mA. The rotation angle sensor supports a wide range of supply voltages from DC 9–36 V. With up to 40 V power supply and signal reverse polarity protection, it can be safely integrated into automation, robotics, and positioning systems.

A magnetic rotary angle sensor determines the position of the rotation axis by detecting changes in the direction of the magnetic field. The Hall effect sensor or magnetoresistive sensor inside the sensor detects the magnetic field generated by a magnet and converts angle changes into electrical signal output, thereby enabling non-contact angle measurement with high precision and durability.
Magnetic rotary angle sensors are widely used in industrial automation, robot joint position feedback, automotive steering systems, wind turbine blade angle control, and other scenarios, particularly suitable for tasks requiring high precision, long lifespan, and resistance to environmental interference in continuous rotation or limited angle measurement applications
Key advantages include non-contact measurement to avoid mechanical wear, high resolution and repeatability, strong resistance to vibration and temperature changes, compact size for easy installation, and suitability for long-term stable operation in harsh environments.
