    Overview

SUCH silicon pressure sensor is designed for measuring pressure in complex media such as wet soil and mud, with a measurement range of 0-0.6 MPa. It is constructed from corrosion-resistant 316L stainless steel, with a core seal made of nitrile rubber (NBR). The sensor's core utilizes a high-precision core, resulting in high measurement accuracy and stable signal output. It supports both RS485 and 4-20mA inputs, offering strong compatibility and excellent anti-interference performance. Its IP65 protection rating effectively resists moisture and dust intrusion, meeting pressure monitoring requirements in outdoor and most working conditions.

    Feature

    • It utilizes high-quality wafers for minimal temperature drift and excellent stability.
    • The integrated chip and wide-voltage power supply offer wide adaptability and flexible application.
    • The sensor's high protection rating and compact design make it easy to install.
    • The frequency cutoff design provides strong anti-interference capabilities, and it features lightning protection, current limiting, voltage limiting, and reverse polarity protection (current limiting output).
    • Silicon pressure sensor is resistant to vibration, shock, and abrasion, and can withstand high-voltage shock and impact from solid sand and gravel.

    Note:

Circles represent shielded wires, and all marked grounding points must be effectively grounded. It is recommended to use shielded twisted signal cable. In order to avoid ground loops, the shielding layer uses a single-ended ground, in the pressure transmitter end of the insulation floating ground, and in the control terminal ground.

The transmitter shell is grounded by default, so the field equipment needs to be effectively grounded, if the field equipment can not be grounded, it is necessary to make the indicated grounding point effectively grounded.
