Affordable price dynamic torque sensors for sale, measuring torques of 50Nm, 100Nm, 200Nm, 500Nm, 1000Nm, 2000Nm, 3000Nm, 5000Nm, and 10000Nm. SUCH dynamic torque sensors support speeds from 0-12,000 RPM, with selectable pulse frequencies of 120Hz or 240Hz. Torque output is ±10V/4-12mA/RS485, and speed output is 0-10V/4-20mA/RS485. The torque measurement sensor operates at DC 12~28V, has a maximum power consumption of 7.3W, and a torque sampling rate up to 3200Hz, making it suitable for applications requiring high-speed torque acquisition.
Feature
- High-speed Torque Acquisition: The dynamic torque sensor's torque sampling and signal output rates both exceed 3000Hz, making it suitable for applications requiring high-speed torque acquisition.
- Multiple Signal Outputs: The torque signal can output a ±10V voltage signal or a 4-20mA current signal, while the speed signal is 0-10V or 4-20mA. It also supports torque and speed signal output via RS485.
- Easy Installation: The dynamic torque transducer features a small axial dimension and a removable measuring shaft, making it suitable for various installation environments. This greatly simplifies the installation process and also provides the sensor with some resistance to non-coaxial characteristics.

Installation

Tips: Before installation, secure the rotor to the shaft being tested using screws, then insert the stator into the rotor. Adjust the stator distance to ensure that the rotor does not contact the stator in either a stationary or rotating state. Without a speed control module, the axial distance deviation between the stator and rotor is permissible within 3mm.
