Industrial high temperature turbidity sensor is a digital sensor designed for industrial monitoring, featuring a 316L stainless steel body with waterproof and high-temperature resistance. It uses the mature 90° diffused light scattering principle with an infrared LED and fiber-optic light path, providing strong resistance to ambient light interference. SUCH high temperature turbidity sensor outputs RS485 signals via MODBUS/RTU protocol, and includes a built-in temperature sensor for automatic temperature compensation. It delivers a resolution of 0.1 NTU and 0.1 ℃, operates reliably under 0~100 ℃ and <0.5 MPa, and is rated IP68 for long-term online use in harsh industrial environments.
Note: Install the sensor in an area with slow-flowing, bubble-free water; keep the sensor 5cm away from the surrounding walls.
The sensor uses the 90° diffused light scattering principle with an infrared LED light source and fiber-optic light path for accurate and stable turbidity measurement.
The turbidity sensor is designed for industrial environments and can operate reliably in temperatures from 0 to 100 ℃.
Regular cleaning of the sensor surface with clean water is recommended to prevent fouling. Avoid abrasive materials or strong chemicals that could damage the probe.
