Optical turbidity sensor uses the 90° scattering light method to monitor water cleanliness and suspended particulate matter content, with a measurement range of 0~1000 NTU and an accuracy of ±5%. SUCH turbidity sensor has an IP68 protection rating and supports RS485 (MODBUS) communication for easy integration with various monitoring systems. The turbidity sensor can operate normally under conditions of 0~50℃ and a maximum pressure of 5 bar, with a power supply range of DC 9~24V and an operating current of less than 50mA, making it suitable for water treatment, environmental monitoring, and various industrial applications.
Wash the outer surface of the sensor with tap water. If debris remains, wipe it with a damp, soft cloth. For stubborn dirt, add some household detergent to the tap water for cleaning.
The cable should not be taut during normal operation; otherwise, the internal wires may break, causing the sensor to malfunction.
It is suitable for water treatment, environmental monitoring, industrial process control, aquaculture, and general water quality assessment.
