    SUCH ultrasonic tank level sensor is a non-contact ultrasonic level transmitter for liquid, solid, slurry, and powder measurement in industrial tanks. It offers 0–40m measuring range, 4–20mA, RS485, or dual relay output, OLED display, IP65 housing, and IP68 probe protection for reliable level monitoring. Suitable for water treatment plants, oil storage tanks, chemical tanks, powder silos, reservoirs, rivers, lakes, and outdoor industrial automation systems.

    An ultrasonic tank level sensor can measure water, sewage, oil, fuel, chemical liquids, slurries, and some solids (such as powders and grains), but the surface must be able to effectively reflect sound waves.

    It should be installed above the maximum liquid level, with a blind zone provided. Measurements cannot be taken if the sensor is 0.3-0.6m below the probe. This distance should be considered when selecting a sensor.

    When installed outdoors, strong winds and dust can interfere with the echo, so it is recommended to add a windproof cover or protective tube; sunlight mainly affects the temperature of the housing, so a sunshade can be used for protection.
