Overview

Double-flange column load cell can withstand loads of 5/10/20/30 tons. SUCH column load cell sensor offers a repeatability error of only 0.05% F.S, a response frequency of 10kHz, and supports a 5-15V operating voltage. High-quality 42CrMo alloy steel provides high strength, toughness, and long-lasting performance, ensuring ruggedness and stable operation in harsh environments.

After purchasing one SUCH load cell, you can buy a special digital panel meter to obtain readings directly, or buy a transmitter to output standard signal to PLC, DCS and other systems. Customized output signal is 0-5V, 0-10V, or 4-20mA.

Note: The load cell cannot be connected to both the transmitter and the controller at the same time — only one can be selected.

FAQ

The load cell is driven by an excitation voltage. An amplifier amplifies the millivolt signal to 0-5V or 4-20mA. The amplified analog signal is then converted to a digital signal and processed by a controller.

High load capacity, eccentric loading resistance, easy installation, shock resistance, and high stability.

  • Power-off test: Ensure the EXC+ and EXC- resistances are within the normal range. Ensure the SIG+ and SIG- resistances are close to the input resistance. Ensure the insulation resistance between the lead and the housing is >20MΩ.
  • Power-on test: Ensure the excitation voltage is stable. The SIG+ and SIG- voltages are close to 0mV when unloaded and change linearly when loaded.
