Buy a high-quality ring torsion compression load cell. SUCH ring torsion compression load cell offers a measurement range from 1 ton to 150 ton, a sensitivity of 2.85mV/V, and an overall accuracy range of 0.05% to 0.1% F.S. The ring torsion load cell sensor has a safe overload of 150% F.S, a creep rate of ±0.05% F.S/30 minutes, and a 10V DC power supply, making it suitable for precise force measurement in electronic scales, pressure testing machines, and industrial automation systems.

After purchasing one SUCH load cell, you can buy a special digital panel meter to obtain readings directly, or buy a transmitter to output standard signal to PLC, DCS and other systems. Customized output signal is 0-5V, 0-10V, or 4-20mA.

Note: The load cell cannot be connected to both the transmitter and the controller at the same time — only one can be selected.
