    Overview

    The high-quality compression type load cell is specifically designed for weight measurement. SUCH compression type load cell sensors offer a wide range of measurement options, including 0-300kg/500kg/1 ton/2 ton/5 ton/7 ton/10 ton/20 ton/25 ton/30 ton/50 ton/60 ton/100 ton. Made of alloy steel or stainless steel, the compression load cell offers excellent long-term stability and high sensitivity, making it suitable for various electronic weighing equipment, including conveyor belt scales, hopper scales, warehouse scales, and tank scales.

    After purchasing one SUCH load cell, you can buy a special digital panel meter to obtain readings directly, or buy a transmitter to output standard signal to PLC, DCS and other systems. Customized output signal is 0-5V, 0-10V, or 4-20mA.

    Note: The load cell cannot be connected to both the transmitter and the controller at the same time — only one can be selected.

    Decent compression type load cell, straightforward swap
    Swapped in this compression type load cell for a clogged silo scale in FL. The threading and mount matched up perfectly, so the whole process was pretty straightforward. Been running 24/7 under heavy vibration, still rock steady. Arrived a day early too. Nothing fancy, but it gets the job done without any hassle.
