Overview

The high-quality compression type load cell is specifically designed for weight measurement. SUCH compression type load cell sensors offer a wide range of measurement options, including 0-300kg/500kg/1 ton/2 ton/5 ton/7 ton/10 ton/20 ton/25 ton/30 ton/50 ton/60 ton/100 ton. Made of alloy steel or stainless steel, the compression load cell offers excellent long-term stability and high sensitivity, making it suitable for various electronic weighing equipment, including conveyor belt scales, hopper scales, warehouse scales, and tank scales.

After purchasing one SUCH load cell, you can buy a special digital panel meter to obtain readings directly, or buy a transmitter to output standard signal to PLC, DCS and other systems. Customized output signal is 0-5V, 0-10V, or 4-20mA.

Note: The load cell cannot be connected to both the transmitter and the controller at the same time — only one can be selected.

A compression load cell is a force sensor used to measure compressive forces. It works by converting an applied compressive load into an electrical signal, typically using strain gauge technology.

When compressive force is applied, the strain gauge inside the load cell deforms. This deformation changes its electrical resistance. This change in resistance is converted into an electrical output signal proportional to the applied force.
