High-quality precision load cell sensor offers high accuracy and excellent stability, are made of alloy steel, are highly resistant to interference, and can be used within a temperature range of -20℃ to 80℃. SUCH precision load cells can measure both tension and compression, making them suitable for a variety of measurement situations.

    After purchasing one SUCH load cell, you can buy a special digital panel meter to obtain readings directly, or buy a transmitter to output standard signal to PLC, DCS and other systems. Customized output signal is 0-5V, 0-10V, or 4-20mA.

    Note: The load cell cannot be connected to both the transmitter and the controller at the same time — only one can be selected.

    During installation, ensure that the load direction aligns with the sensor axis, with a deviation of less than 0.5°. Use a flat, rigid base. When connecting, keep the shielded cable away from strong electromagnetic sources.

    Clean the sensor surface regularly with isopropyl alcohol to prevent corrosion. Perform an on-site calibration annually or after 5,000 operating hours.

    • Output drift may be caused by temperature fluctuations or residual mechanical stress, requiring a restart and recalibration.
    • High signal noise may indicate poor grounding or electromagnetic interference. Check the shielding layer and install a filter.
    • Zero offset is caused by plastic deformation of the elastomer due to overload. Replace the sensor and check the limit switches.
