    Overview

    Column-type load cell is designed to accurately measure tension and compression with a range of 10 to 200 tons. The tension and compression load cell feature an external thread and a column-type construction, offering excellent resistance to off-center loading. Made of high-strength alloy steel, the SUCH load cell can be used in electronic weighing instruments, lifting equipment, and tension measurement and control. It has an operating temperature range of -20℃ to +65℃, a sensitivity of 1.5±0.1mV/V, and load capacities can be customized to meet customer requirements.

    After purchasing one SUCH load cell, you can buy a special digital panel meter to obtain readings directly, or buy a transmitter to output standard signal to PLC, DCS and other systems. Customized output signal is 0~5V, 0~10V, 0~±10V, or 4-20mA.

    Note: The load cell cannot be connected to both the transmitter and the controller at the same time — only one can be selected.

    It is widely used in electronic weighing instruments, hoisting equipment, tension monitoring, and industrial force control systems.

    A tension load cell measures pulling (tensile) forces, while a compression load cell measures pushing (compressive) forces. Both work on the same principle but are designed for opposite load directions.
