High-quality tension force sensor for fiber optic can measure tensions of 10N, 20N, 30N, 50N, 100N, 200N, and 500N, with an output sensitivity of 1.0±0.05 mV/V and a zero-point output of ±1% F.S. SUCH tension force sensor supports a maximum load of 300% R.C. and a cable pull limit of 98N. Tension force sensors for fiber optic are widely used for dynamic tension measurement in various wire production equipment, including optical fiber, yarn, cable, and tape.
After purchasing one SUCH force sensor, you can buy a special digital panel meter to obtain readings directly, or buy a transmitter to output standard signal to PLC, DCS and other systems. Customized output signal is 0-5V, 0-10V, or 4-20mA.
Note: The force sensor cannot be connected to both the transmitter and the controller at the same time — only one can be selected.
