3 Axis Force Sensor, 0-500N/1000N

The 3 axis force sensor is a sensor that can simultaneously measure forces acting on an object in three orthogonal directions (usually X, Y, and Z), providing real-time information on the force applied to the object in three dimensions.

The ability to simultaneously obtain force information in three directions reduces the number of sensors, simplifies measurement system design, improves measurement accuracy and real-time performance, and is suitable for complex mechanical scenarios.

The 3 axis force sensor operates based on the resistance strain gauge principle. When an external force acts on the sensor, the elastic element undergoes a slight deformation, which in turn causes strain on the resistance strain gauge attached to its surface. This resistance change is converted into a voltage signal output via a Wheatstone bridge circuit. This orthogonal arrangement of strain gauges allows for simultaneous detection of forces in the X, Y, and Z directions.
