Digital water flow switches add a digital display function to this capability. Users can not only determine if the device has triggered but also view flow data or set values on the screen. This visual information facilitates more precise system parameter adjustments and rapid issue identification during malfunctions.

    When installing a digital water flow switch, align the device's arrow indicator with the water flow direction and ensure no significant debris is present inside the pipe. Installation is typically recommended on a straight pipe section to minimize interference from elbows or valves on flow measurement. Pay attention to sealing integrity during installation to prevent leaks and ensure correct wiring between the sensor and control system.

    Select the flow range based on actual pipeline flow conditions. For equipment operating at low flow rates, choose a model with a low start-up flow to ensure timely detection of flow changes. For higher flow rates, select a model with a larger measurement range to prevent exceeding the measurement capacity.
