    Overview

This analog isolator accepts thermocouple, RTD, resistor, or potentiometer inputs. It outputs 0‑20mA or 0‑10V with load ≤400Ω or load ≥10kΩ. Channel options: 1‑in‑1‑out, 1‑in‑2‑out, 2‑in‑2‑out. Accuracy ±0.1% or ±0.2% F.S. with ≤1s response and ±0.1% F.S./°C drift. Analog signal isolator, it offers MODBUS‑RTU communication (≤32 nodes, 1000m), 1500VAC isolation, and ≥100MΩ insulation. This thermocouple rtd signal conditioner and temperature input signal isolator operates on DC 18‑32V, complies with IEC 61326‑1, and mounts on 35mm DIN rail (106.5×12.5×115mm). This signal conditioner 4‑20mA is ideal for multi‑sensor temperature signal conditioning.

    Feature

    • Digital output: direct MODBUS-RTU from TC/RTD input skips analog conversion for zero accuracy loss and lower system cost.
    • RS485 communication: up to 1000 m with ≤32 nodes enables distributed monitoring without signal degradation over long runs.
    • Accuracy & drift: ±0.1% FS accuracy and ±0.1% FS/°C drift ensure stable digital readings across -20~55°C without recalibration.
    • Multi-input: supports RTD, resistor, potentiometer, and TC in one device, reducing spare parts inventory.
    • Channel config: flexible 1in1out, 1in2out, or 2in2out matches signal distribution needs and minimizes module count.
    • Isolation strength: 1500V AC/1min with ≥100 MΩ insulation protects RS485 networks from surges and ground loops.

    FAQ

A: This unit outputs MODBUS‑RTU digital signal directly – it's a signal conditioner with built‑in digital communication. Instead of just isolating and passing 4‑20mA, it converts TC/RTD/potentiometer inputs to RS485 digital data. You get digital accuracy, no analog signal degradation over long cable runs, and direct PLC/DCS integration without needing an extra analog input card.

A: Supports thermal resistor (RTD), resistor, potentiometer, and thermocouple – all in one device. However, all channels share the same input type and range (configured at order). If you need different sensor types on different channels, you'll need separate units – or check with our team for custom options.

A: The primary output is MODBUS‑RTU via RS485. It also provides an analog output (0‑20mA or 0‑10V) as a secondary signal. So yes – you get both: digital data for your PLC/DCS and an analog signal for a local display or backup controller. Best of both worlds.
