    Overview

This frequency to analog converter accepts pulse/frequency inputs up to 100kHz with trigger levels: low 0‑2V, high 4‑30V, minimum pulse width ≥5μs, and input impedance ≥10kΩ. It outputs 4‑20mA, 0‑10mA, 0‑5V, or 0‑10V with load capacity 550Ω for current or ≥1MΩ for voltage. Available in single or dual outputs, consuming ≤0.8W or ≤1.3W. As a pulse signal conditioner, it delivers ±0.1% F.S. accuracy, ≤0.5s response, 40ppm/℃ drift, and 1500VAC isolation. It provides auxiliary 24V or 12V distribution output and features output ripple <5mVrms. Powered by DC 18‑32V, it complies with IEC 61326‑3‑1. Ideal for frequency/pulse signal conversion in automation.

    Feature

    • Frequency input: supports 100kHz max with selectable 0-500Hz to 100kHz ranges, 0~2V/4~30V trigger, and ≥5μs pulse.
    • Input impedance: selectable current 0-20/4-20mA and voltage 0-5/0-10V, with dual output for PLC and display simultaneously.
    • Distribution output: built-in 24V/12V (≥22V/≥11V @20mA) powers 2/3-wire sensors directly, eliminating extra external power supply units.
    • Accuracy & stability: ±0.1% FS with 40ppm/°C drift ensures high precision across -20~60°C, requiring no recalibration.
    • Fast response & low power: ≤0.5s response meets thermal/interlock needs; 0.8W/1.3W low heat for dense mounting.
    • Output signals: Strong protection: 1500VAC 3-port isolation and ≥100MΩ insulation block ground loops/surges, protecting I/O per IEC 61326-3.

    FAQ

A: Accepts frequency signals with low level 0~2V and high level 4~30V – compatible with open collector (OC), NPN, PNP, pulse square wave, and sine wave. Minimum pulse width ≥5μs ensures it captures fast pulses without missing edges, even at high speeds. Most industrial encoders, proximity switches, and flow meters work directly with no additional conditioning.

A: Frequency range is ≤100kHz with input resolution of 0.1Hz (below 1kHz) or 1Hz (≥1kHz). For very low RPM monitoring – e.g., 1Hz = 60 RPM – the 0.1Hz resolution gives you plenty of accuracy for most speed tracking applications. If you're measuring ultra‑low frequencies (below 0.5Hz), please contact our team – we can recommend an alternative model better suited for that range.

A: No external components needed. The trigger levels are Low 0- 2 V and High 4–30 V–which covers 5 V, 12 V, and 24V logic levels directly. Just wire it in, and it works.

Important: This unit is designed for DC logic‑level pulses only. For 220V AC signals, you'll need a different model – check our WS1528 series, which is built for high‑voltage AC inputs.
