Better Irrigation Insight
After trying a couple of basic soil moisture tools, I decided to switch to a soil water potential sensor for more meaningful data. This one has been working well in my drip irrigation setup.
I installed two sensors in different areas because soil conditions vary more than I realized. The data helped me notice one section was staying wetter for much longer, which explained some plant stress I’d been seeing.
It took a little time to understand the readings, but once I got familiar with it, it became a really useful tool. Feels more like a long-term monitoring device than a gadget.
