The high-precision 3-4 inch digital water flow switch is suitable for measuring low-viscosity liquids such as water and ethylene glycol solutions. It supports flow detection and setting ranges from 1.7 to 22.0 L/min, featuring LED digital display for real-time monitoring of instantaneous and cumulative flow rates. With multiple output options including NPN/PNP, 4–20mA, and 1–5V, it is ideal for cooling equipment, water treatment systems, and industrial pipeline monitoring.

Most digital water flow switches are primarily designed for clean water or low-viscosity liquids, such as cooling water, circulating water, or purified water. In certain industrial applications, they may also be used with chemical liquids or other fluids, provided the liquid does not corrode the sensor materials and its viscosity and impurity content remain within permissible limits.
Although the digital water flow switch has a relatively simple structure, regular inspections are still recommended during long-term use. This includes checking for impurity blockages in the pipeline, sensor scaling, and loose electrical connections. For systems with poor water quality, filters should be cleaned periodically or sensors undergo simple rinsing. These maintenance measures help maintain detection accuracy and extend the device's service life.
If false triggering or unstable signals occur, first inspect the pipeline for air bubbles or excessive flow fluctuations. Next, check for interference in the power supply or signal lines. Additionally, verify that the installation location meets requirements—for instance, avoid proximity to pumps or valves that generate strong vortices. If the issue persists, recalibrate the set flow value or inspect the internal sensor for damage.
