    Overview

The SUCH 3-phase AC voltage sensor is an industrial AC voltage transducer that measures 3-phase AC voltage from 5–500V and converts it into standard outputs including 4–20mA, 0–10V, and RS485 (Modbus RTU) for seamless integration with PLC, SCADA, DCS, and energy management systems. Featuring full galvanic isolation, 0.5% accuracy, and 0.1% linearity, it ensures reliable voltage monitoring for power distribution, motor protection, substations, and industrial automation.

    Feature

    • Wide Voltage Range
Measures three-phase AC voltages from 5V to 500V, covering standard industrial voltages including 220V and 380V systems.
    • Triple Isolated Outputs
This voltage transducer isolates input, output, and power supply with 1500V AC isolation voltage to prevent interference between circuits.
    • Three Output Signal Options
Supports 4–20mA current loop, 0–10V analog voltage, and RS485 digital communication (Modbus RTU) — selectable to match system requirements.
    • 0.5% Accuracy, 0.1% Linearity
Delivers consistent measurement across the full input range with low temperature drift (≤100 ppm/°C).
    • Fast Response Time
Following output response under 1ms; DC transmitting output under 250ms — suitable for real-time monitoring applications.
    • Six-fold Protection
Built-in protection against input overload (2× nominal), output overcurrent, short circuit, surge, overvoltage, and reverse connection.
    • DIN Rail Installation
Mounts on standard 35mm DIN rail or flat screw fixation, compatible with standard industrial enclosures and control panels.
    • Broad Operating Temperature
Operates from −20°C to +80°C, suitable for indoor and outdoor industrial environments.

How to Select the Correct Wiring Configuration

The voltage transducer supports two connection types and multiple power supply options. Select the wiring diagram that matches your system:

    • 3-phase 4-wire star connection (L1 L2 L3 N) + DC 24V supply
Standard configuration for grounded star networks. Use when a neutral line is available and the control cabinet supplies DC 24V.
    • 3-phase 3-wire delta or star connection (L1 L2 L3) + DC 24V supply
Use for ungrounded delta systems or star systems without a neutral conductor. Both delta and isolated star topologies apply here.
    • 3-phase 4-wire star connection (L1 L2 L3 N) + AC/DC 220V supply
Use when the local power supply is 220V AC or DC and a neutral line is present — common in panel installations connected directly to the mains.
    • 3-phase 3-wire delta or star connection (L1 L2 L3) + AC/DC 220V supply
Use for 220V-powered installations where no neutral line is available, including delta-connected industrial equipment.

    FAQ

A 3-phase voltage transducer measures all three line voltages simultaneously and outputs a consolidated signal, whereas a single-phase sensor monitors one voltage line only. SUCH 3-phase voltage transducers support both 3-wire delta and 4-wire star connections, covering three-phase industrial power systems where balanced and unbalanced load monitoring is required.

Yes. The transducer outputs 4–20mA, 0–10V, and RS485 signals, which are standard interfaces accepted by most PLC and SCADA platforms without additional signal conditioning. The triple-isolated design prevents ground loops between the measurement circuit and the control system.

Select a range that matches the nominal line voltage of your system. SUCH offers ten fixed ranges from AC 5V to AC 500V, covering standard industrial voltages including 220V and 380V. The nominal operating voltage should fall between 60% and 100% of the selected range to maintain 0.5% FS accuracy across normal operating conditions.
