    Overview

The SUCH differential pressure switch is designed to monitor flow conditions by detecting pressure differences across equipment such as water filters, pumps, and heat exchangers. With adjustable differential pressure ranges from 5 to 400 kPa and an SPDT microswitch output, it can trigger an alarm or control signal when the pressure difference reaches the set point. Compatible with non-corrosive media such as water, air, and oil, it supports flow monitoring and equipment status detection in industrial fluid systems.

Note: This differential pressure switch detects pressure differences across filters, flow paths, and other equipment in industrial systems.

    Feature

    • Adjust the switching point: Select from seven differential pressure ranges between 5–15 kPa and 30–400 kPa to match different system monitoring requirements.
    • Switch control circuits: Use the SPDT microswitch output to trigger alarms or control equipment when the preset pressure difference is reached.
    • Maintain switching consistency: With a set-point repeatability deviation of ±1%, the switch supports consistent pressure-based control during repeated operation.
    • Handle common industrial fluids: Monitor non-corrosive water, air, and oil in pumps, filters, and heat exchangers.
    • Operate within rated temperatures: Support ambient temperatures from -20°C to 71°C and fluid temperatures from -20°C to 93°C for a range of industrial operating conditions.
    • Withstand system pressure: Accommodate maximum allowable static pressure of 16 bar and maximum allowable differential pressure of 10 bar when operating within the specified limits.
    • Protect electrical components: Use the IP54-rated enclosure to help resist dust ingress and water splashes in industrial environments.
    • Fit into confined spaces: Use the compact design for installation where equipment layout or available mounting space is limited.

    FAQ
    ❯

The set point can be adjusted using the adjustment screw. Follow the product instructions and verify that the switch changes state at the required differential pressure.

    ❯

Check the pressure connections for blockages, verify the wiring and contact connections, and confirm that the applied differential pressure reaches the set point.

    ❯

Apply a controlled differential pressure and monitor the SPDT contacts with a suitable meter to confirm that the switch changes state at the intended set point.
