    Overview

The SUCH AC/DC voltage transducer is a signal converter that transforms AC or DC input voltage into a proportional DC output signal — 0-5V, 0-10V, 0-20mA, or 4-20mA. It supports nine selectable input ranges from 75mV to 500V and provides galvanic isolation between input and output circuits. Common applications include power quality monitoring, energy management systems, motor drive control, and building automation.

    Feature

    • AC/DC Input, 9 Selectable Ranges (0–75mV to 0–500V) — covers multiple voltage measurement needs without requiring separate devices.
    • Output Signal 0-5V / 0-10V / 0-20mA / 4-20mA — specified at order to match the analog input of the receiving system.
    • True RMS Output Version Available — provides accurate readings when the measured waveform contains harmonic distortion.
    • Galvanic Isolation, DC 1.5kV / 1 min — protects downstream equipment from high-voltage transients on the input side.
    • Accuracy ±0.5% F.S. — suitable for industrial power monitoring and process control applications.
    • Frequency Range DC to 10kHz — compatible with standard grid frequencies (50/60Hz) and variable frequency drive outputs.
    • Auxiliary Power DC 12V or DC 24V — fits common panel power supply configurations without additional conversion.
    • 35mm DIN Rail or M3 Screw Mounting — accommodates standard control panel enclosures and custom mounting setups.

    Wiring

AC DC voltage transducer wiring diagram for 0-5V and 0-10V outputNote: Voltage output variants (0-5V and 0-10V) require a DC 24V auxiliary power supply. DC 12V is not supported for voltage output models.

AC DC voltage transducer wiring diagram for 4-20mA current outputNote: Current output variants (4-20mA and 0-20mA) support DC 12V or DC 24V auxiliary power supply. The maximum allowable load voltage drop is 6V.

    FAQ

Yes. It accepts both AC and DC voltage inputs. The input type and range are specified at the time of order, from nine options between 0–75mV and 0–500V.

The standard version outputs a signal based on average-value measurement. The True RMS version calculates the actual root mean square value, which gives accurate results when the input waveform contains harmonic distortion. True RMS is a separate order option.

4-20mA and 0-20mA current outputs are less affected by signal loss over longer cable runs. 0-5V and 0-10V voltage outputs connect directly to standard PLC analog inputs, but require a DC 24V auxiliary supply. Current output variants accept both DC 12V and DC 24V.
