Diffuse Light Curtain, 4/6/12/22 to 28 Beam, NPN/PNP

SUCH diffuse light curtain is a single-sided photoelectric sensor for object detection in machine automation. It supports 4–28 beams, 40mm optical axis spacing, 0–2m detection distance, ≤30ms response time, and NPN/PNP output options, with no separate emitter-receiver alignment required. It is suitable for machine builders, automation engineers, and equipment integrators, and is used in stamping machines, assembly lines, and die casting equipment.

Distance adjustment

Bordered Mode:

• After powering on, a short press of the button will cause the red and green lights to flash alternately, initiating automatic calibration.
• Calibration takes approximately 1-2 minutes. Once calibration is complete, the green light will remain on.
• If there is an obstruction, the red light will illuminate and an alarm signal will be sent.
• To recalibrate, simply press the button briefly.
• To switch to borderless mode, press and hold the button for 3 seconds.

Borderless Mode:

• There are 1-4 distance settings selectable, adjustable by short presses of the button.
• The distance setting is indicated by the number of flashes of the green LED.
• To switch to bordered mode, press and hold the button for 3 seconds.

Tips: Please ensure the light curtain is fully installed and unobstructed before powering on.
