SUCH duct temperature and humidity sensor provides accurate and stable measurement for HVAC and industrial applications. It features a wide measuring range (0~50°C / -40~+60°C), high accuracy (±0.5°C), and fast response. Supporting 0-10V, 0-5V, and 4-20mA output signals, it ensures reliable long-distance data transmission and easy integration with control systems. Powered by 12-32V DC, this temp and humidity sensor offers strong anti-interference performance and long-term stability for precise environmental monitoring.
Note: All installation operations below must be performed with the power supply disconnected.
The voltage-type temperature and humidity transmitter adopts a four-core connector. The pin functions are shown in Figure 1;
The terminal pin definitions are shown in Figure 2.
Temperature measurement errors can occur if the sensor is not allowed enough time to stabilize in the testing environment. In addition, placing the sensor too close to heat or cold sources, or exposing it directly to sunlight, may result in inaccurate readings.
Humidity errors are often caused by insufficient stabilization time in the test environment. Long-term exposure to environments with steam, mist, or condensation can also affect measurement accuracy and sensor performance.
When the sensor is used in dusty or contaminated environments, airborne particles or pollutants may accumulate on the sensing element. In such cases, the sensor must be properly protected to prevent contamination and maintain long-term stability and accuracy.
