    FAQ

No. This device supports software self-calibration and online data recording. Simply connect the handheld unit to your computer using the included data cable, and you can directly view, analyze, and export document data reports with a single click through the dedicated host computer management software.

In industrial settings, sensor probes are consumables, and their accuracy may decrease due to high-concentration chemical adhesion or aging under high humidity. Conventional instruments require complete disassembly and replacement at the factory, which is time-consuming and labor-intensive. This instrument, however, simply requires unscrewing the old probe and inserting the new one at the front end to obtain a "standard new machine," resulting in extremely low maintenance costs and no disruption to production inspections.

Industrial environments often contain small amounts of volatile chemical gases (such as cleaning agents, solvents, and byproduct gases). The chip surface and 316L stainless steel protective sleeve of this instrument undergo special processing to effectively resist the corrosion of these chemicals, prevent chip poisoning, and thus ensure extremely low annual drift (≤0.1°C/year) even in harsh environments.
