The SUCH high temperature dew point sensor is designed for continuous moisture monitoring in demanding industrial environments, including thermal processing equipment and compressed air systems. It measures dew point from -20 to 100°C and operates reliably in ambient temperatures of 80 to 180°C, providing ±3°C Td accuracy and long-term stability with drift below 0.1°C/year. Built for harsh conditions, this dew point transmitter supports up to 16-bar pressure and offers RS485 and analog outputs for easy integration into industrial control systems.
High Temperature Dew Point Sensor User Manual
The probe (sensor) is specifically designed for high temperatures and can safely operate in environments from 80°C to 180°C (and can briefly withstand up to 200°C).
The product features an anti-condensation heating function. You can activate active heating directly through the display interface to prevent condensation droplets from adhering to the probe, ensuring a fast response time once humidity levels drop.
According to the documentation, it features anti-interference, corrosion resistance, and dust/pollution prevention. The probe is typically protected by a sintered metal filter cover to block large dust particles. However, in heavy oil mist environments, the filter cap should be cleaned regularly to prevent clogging.
